Registration
The Registration and payment system, powered by the Nippon Travel Agency (NTA) © is available here. We invite all attendees to register and make payment as soon as possible.
All presenters must register and pay before 23:59JST, November 9th, 2020. Attendees that wish to participate must register and pay before 23:59JST, November 16th, 2020. If you have already registered and paid the full price for the in-person conference, please contact the Organizing committee so we can refund you the price difference.
The registration fees for the online conference are:

IMPORTANT: Two systems
Please note that the Registration system and the Submission system are two different and independent systems.
Conference attendees must create an account for each system:
- Registration system: to decide on the conference package and make payments.
- Submission system: to submit abstracts and conference papers, perform reviews, submit corrections, etc.
